Watch Care Plan coverage includes:

Annual cosmetic refurbishment (replating and polishing)
Repair of damages to crystals, crowns/stems, clasps, bracelets, straps, bezels, and cases
Mechanical and structural failure due to normal wear and tear (including quality parts and labor)
Strap replacement

Replacement Guarantee

If we can’t repair the watch, our replacement guarantee ensures that at our option, we’ll either replace it or reimburse the amount paid for the item, including sales tax.
