From Le Vian®, this vibrant gemstone ring features a Passion Ruby™ elegantly enveloped within halo of sparkling Vanilla Diamonds®. Additional Vanilla Diamonds® adorn the shoulders of the band. Vanilla Diamonds® are 1/3ctw, I in color, and SI2 in clarity.

Ancient Sanskrit referred to the ruby as the "king of precious stones", the bible found only wise and virtuous women more precious than rubies and the Persian sage al-Biruni wrote about rubies the first place in color, beauty and rank among all gems.
