  • Sturdy Outer Box: Use a robust, appropriately sized cardboard box for shipping. Fill any empty spaces with packing peanuts or additional bubble wrap to prevent movement during transit.
  • Documentation: Include any relevant documents, such as the original sales receipt, warranty cards, and certificates of authenticity. These can enhance the watch's value and assist in the evaluation process.
  • Insurance: Insure the package for its full value to protect against loss or damage.
  • Shipping Method: Utilize a reliable courier service that offers tracking and requires a signature upon delivery.

  • Once your watch arrives at our facility, one of our expert watch technicians will record an unboxing video to verify the contents and condition of the package. Our skilled watchmakers will then perform a thorough inspection and provide a final quote within 5 business days.
  • If you accept the offer, a check for the final amount, along with reimbursement for the original shipping fees, will be mailed to you via overnight shipping

  • Yes. Due to fluctuating market conditions, we ask that you confirm your offer within 2 business days from the date the offer is made. After 30 days, you will need to resubmit your watch for evaluation.
